Request Account Deletion

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your CSU Bike Share account and associated personal data, in line with your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Before you submit, please note:

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your ride history, wallet balance, and saved details will be removed.
  • If you have an active rental or unpaid balance, your request may be put on hold until it is resolved.
  • Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law or university policy (e.g., unresolved lost/stolen bike reports).
  • Processing typically takes a few business days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

Must match the email used to register your account, so we can verify your identity.
